These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sales pages, checkout flows, order bumps, upsells, and related buyer experiences powered by Afripay Sales Funnel (the “Funnel”). The Funnel is operated by Afripay Global (“Afripay,” “we,” “us”). By viewing a Funnel page or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Afripay provides payment infrastructure, escrow, and platform tools. Unless we are identified as the direct seller on a specific offer, the merchant who created the Funnel is the seller of record for products and services offered on that page. Afripay is not a party to the underlying sale contract between you and the merchant, except where Afripay is explicitly named as the seller.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Funnel complies with applicable laws in your country.
Delivery timelines, refund rules, and support contact details are provided by the merchant on the Funnel or in post-purchase communications. Afripay may facilitate delivery of download links or proof of payment but does not guarantee merchant performance unless required by law or a separate Afripay buyer protection policy stated at checkout.
You may not use the Funnel to engage in fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, harassment, infringement of intellectual property, sale of illegal goods, or any activity that violates Afripay’s acceptable-use rules. We may suspend checkout or withhold settlement where we reasonably suspect abuse.
Buyer–merchant disputes should first be raised with the merchant using the contact details on the Funnel or your receipt. If you paid through Afripay Escrow or need platform assistance, contact Afripay Support with your transaction reference. Afripay may review evidence from both parties and apply escrow release or refund rules where applicable.
The Funnel and payment pages are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afripay disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted access, merchant content accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited as set out in the terms shown on this funnel site.
We may update these Terms for the Funnel from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

This Privacy Policy describes how Afripay Global (“Afripay,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or purchase through an Afripay Sales Funnel page (a merchant-hosted offer, checkout, or thank-you page powered by our platform).
We share relevant purchase information with the merchant whose Funnel you used so they can deliver products or services. We also use trusted processors for payments (e.g. Flutterwave), hosting, email delivery, and analytics, under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.
Depending on your region, we process data based on contract performance (completing your purchase), legitimate interests (security and product improvement), and legal obligations. Where consent is required for marketing, we will ask separately.
We retain transaction and account-related records for as long as needed to complete orders, resolve disputes, meet legal requirements, and enforce our agreements. Merchants may retain data under their own policies after we share it with them.

Afripay operates in and serves users across Africa and other regions. Your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate, with safeguards consistent with applicable law.

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for purchases made through Afripay funnel pages, including Afripay EasyFunnel, Afripay Sales Funnel, and related checkout flows.
Unless a specific offer page states otherwise, eligible digital purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. Refund requests must be submitted within this window with the buyer email and transaction reference.
Email support@afripayglobal.com or contact Afripay Support with your order details. We may ask for access details, screenshots, or a short explanation so we can confirm the purchase and resolve the issue quickly.
If you purchased through WarriorPlus or JVZoo, the marketplace may be the payment processor of record. In that case, refund handling must also follow the marketplace’s buyer protection and vendor refund rules. Afripay will support fulfilment and access verification where needed.
Approved refunds may result in removal of paid product access, bonuses, licenses, reseller rights, or related dashboard features tied to the refunded order.
Approved refunds are submitted as soon as practical. Final posting time depends on the payment processor, card network, bank, or marketplace used for the original purchase.
This policy applies when you choose Direct Bank Transfer on an Afripay Sales Funnel checkout and pay the seller by transferring money to a bank account they control.
Afripay provides the checkout page, proof upload, and notification tools. We do not receive your bank transfer. Funds move directly from your bank to the seller’s bank. Afripay is not the payment recipient and does not hold these funds in escrow.
After you upload proof, the seller (or their team) reviews your transfer. Afripay may display status updates but does not guarantee how quickly a seller confirms payment or delivers your order.
Transfer the exact amount shown, use the seller’s account details displayed at checkout, and keep your receipt or screenshot. Incorrect account details or amounts may delay or prevent fulfilment.

This policy applies when you pay with Flutterwave (card, USSD, or other instant methods shown) on an Afripay Sales Funnel checkout.
Flutterwave processes your payment. Afripay routes you to Flutterwave’s secure flow and records the result for the merchant. Card and bank debits are subject to Flutterwave’s and your bank’s terms.
When payment is marked successful, digital fulfilment (downloads, links, or access) may be shown immediately if the seller configured them. Physical or service delivery timelines are set by the merchant.
Card chargebacks and refund requests are handled under Flutterwave and card-network rules. Afripay may assist the merchant with transaction references but does not control Flutterwave’s dispute outcomes. Contact the seller first for order issues.
Instant Flutterwave checkout is not Afripay Secure Escrow. Funds are not held by Afripay pending your delivery confirmation. For held funds until you confirm receipt, choose Afripay Secure Escrow when available.
