The platform is operated by Afripay Global (“Afripay,” “we,” “us”). By viewing a Funnel page, creating a Funnel, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Role of Afripay
Afripay provides payment infrastructure, escrow, and Funnel builder tools. Unless Afripay is identified as the direct seller on a specific offer, the merchant / Funnel creator is the seller of record for products and services offered on that page. Afripay is not a party to the underlying sale contract between the buyer and the merchant, except where Afripay is explicitly named as the seller.
2. Funnel creators are responsible for their content
Anyone who creates, publishes, or manages an Afripay Funnel is solely responsible for all information and content on that Funnel, including but not limited to:
- Product descriptions, headlines, images, videos, testimonials, claims, and guarantees
- Pricing, bonuses, upsells, downsells, and delivery promises
- Downloads, course access, service scope, and fulfilment
- Marketing claims, advertising, and compliance with local consumer and advertising laws
- Third-party links and any materials uploaded or pasted into the Funnel
Afripay does not review, endorse, or guarantee creator content. Creators must ensure their Funnel content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe third-party rights. Afripay may remove or suspend Funnels that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Funnel complies with applicable laws in your country.
4. Orders, pricing, and payment
- Prices, currencies, and availability are set by the merchant and shown on the Funnel at checkout.
- Completing checkout authorizes the payment method you select (card, bank transfer, wallet escrow, or other methods displayed).
- Where Afripay Escrow applies, funds may be held until delivery or access is confirmed according to the checkout terms shown.
- Free offers, coupons, and order bumps are subject to the conditions stated on the page.
5. Digital, physical, and service products
Delivery timelines, refund rules, and support contact details are provided by the merchant on the Funnel or in post-purchase communications. Afripay may facilitate delivery of download links or proof of payment but does not guarantee merchant performance unless required by law or a separate Afripay buyer protection policy stated at checkout.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the Funnel to engage in fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, harassment, infringement of intellectual property, sale of illegal goods, or any activity that violates Afripay’s acceptable-use rules. We may suspend checkout or withhold settlement where we reasonably suspect abuse.
7. Disputes
Buyer–merchant disputes should first be raised with the merchant using the contact details on the Funnel or your receipt. If you paid through Afripay Escrow or need platform assistance, contact Afripay Support with your transaction reference. Afripay may review evidence from both parties and apply escrow release or refund rules where applicable.
8. Disclaimer
The Funnel and payment pages are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afripay disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted access, merchant content accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited as set out in these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms for the Funnel from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We share relevant purchase information with the merchant whose Funnel you used so they can deliver products or services. We also use trusted processors for payments (e.g. Flutterwave), hosting, email delivery, and analytics, under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your region, we process data based on contract performance (completing your purchase), legitimate interests (security and product improvement), and legal obligations. Where consent is required for marketing, we will ask separately.
5. Retention
We retain transaction and account-related records for as long as needed to complete orders, resolve disputes, meet legal requirements, and enforce our agreements. Merchants may retain data under their own policies after we share it with them.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information we hold about you, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact Afripay Support. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your country.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. International transfers
Afripay operates in and serves users across Africa and other regions. Your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate, with safeguards consistent with applicable law.
9. Children
The Funnel is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for purchases made through Afripay funnel pages, including Afripay EasyFunnel, Afripay Sales Funnel, and related checkout flows.
1. Merchant & creator responsibility
Funnel creators set the offer terms shown at checkout. Where a sales page states a refund or guarantee policy, that merchant policy applies first. Afripay may assist with transaction references and platform access, but fulfilment and product satisfaction remain the creator’s responsibility.
2. 30-day money-back window
Unless a specific offer page states otherwise, eligible digital purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. Refund requests must be submitted within this window with the buyer email and transaction reference.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@afripayglobal.com or contact Afripay Support with your order details. We may ask for access details, screenshots, or a short explanation so we can confirm the purchase and resolve the issue quickly.
4. Marketplace purchases
If you purchased through WarriorPlus or JVZoo, the marketplace may be the payment processor of record. In that case, refund handling must also follow the marketplace’s buyer protection and vendor refund rules. Afripay will support fulfilment and access verification where needed.
5. Access after refund
Approved refunds may result in removal of paid product access, bonuses, licenses, reseller rights, or related dashboard features tied to the refunded order.
6. Non-refundable cases
- Requests submitted after the stated refund window.
- Abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or repeated refund misuse.
- Custom work, services, or marketplace offers explicitly marked as non-refundable on the sales page.
- Completed services already delivered, or digital access already fully consumed where disclosure was clear at checkout.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted as soon as practical. Final posting time depends on the payment processor, card network, bank, or marketplace used for the original purchase.
